Refund Policy

Refunds
Pay in FULL and you can get a refund ANY time you want prior to the event.

  1. Refund Eligibility: You may request a full refund up until 30 days prior to the event. After this deadline, no refunds will be provided, as funds will already be allocated towards the event’s production and promotion. We will bypass this if a death in the family occurs.

  2. Special Circumstances: If you have purchased a ticket but cannot attend the event due to the dates conflicting with prior commitments (e.g., travel plans, personal events), a refund will be granted if the request is made before the 30-day deadline as you’ll have at least 120-150 days to make plans as the first event isn’t until February. So you have more thane enough time to plan.

Payment Plans
Please note that no refunds are available for partial payments made through payment plans. Reason being that we make full payments to the venue for each participant, meaning we are unable to offer refunds for changes of mind.

Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event, we will provide a full refund to all registered attendees. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible and provide instructions on obtaining your refund.

Please Note
Funds from ticket sales are used to secure the venue and cover other event expenses, numerous refund requests can significantly impact our ability to host the event. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
